"Content & Brand ManagerFable EnglandLocation: UK-based — Remote / Hybrid (occasional London attendance) Contract: Full-time Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + benefitsAbout Fable EnglandFable England is a British design-led accessories brand, known for unique jewellery, handbags, scarves and whimsical storytelling inspired by literature and nature. We are a growing, internationally recognised brand with a strong creative identity and an engaged customer community.We are now looking for a Content & Brand Manager to take ownership of our content output and act as a guardian of brand tone, visual language and storytelling across channels.The RoleThis is a hands-on role combining content creation with brand stewardship. You will be responsible for ensuring that everything we publish feels unmistakably Fable — visually, verbally and emotionally.You will work closely with Digital, Ecommerce and Product teams, and will have meaningful creative autonomy within a clear brand framework.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ManagementCreate, commission and deliver high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, email and websiteLead the planning and execution of photo and video shoots (in-house and external)Produce and edit short-form video, reels and visual assetsWrite and oversee brand-consistent copy for social and emailBrand StewardshipAct as a guardian of Fable England’s tone of voice, aesthetic and storytellingEnsure consistency across all customer-facing touchpointsTranslate seasonal narratives, collections and campaigns into compelling contentSocial & EmailOwn day-to-day management of social channels (primarily Instagram & TikTok)Plan and manage content calendars aligned with launches and campaignsCreate and execute email campaigns via Klaviyo, working closely with DigitalCollaboration & InsightCollaborate with Ecommerce, Product and Digital teams to support trading prioritiesMonitor performance, engagement and content effectivenessUse insight to refine content and improve relevance and impactWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is creative, grounded and commercially aware.You should have:Proven experience in content creation and brand-led social mediaStrong visual sensibility and storytelling instinctConfidence creating photo and video content (hands-on)Excellent written communication and tone-of-voice awarenessExperience working with lifestyle, fashion or accessories brands (strong plus)Experience using Klaviyo or similar email platformsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectivelyTools & SkillsAdobe Photoshop (essential)Video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)Content planning tools (Notion, Later, etc.)Understanding of social performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)What This Role Is (and Is Not)✔ A hands-on content and brand role ✔ Ownership of output and standards ✔ Creative responsibility with clear boundaries✖ Not a Creative Director role ✖ Not a pure performance or growth role ✖ Not a large-team management positionWhy Join Fable EnglandWork with a distinctive, design-led British brandHigh level of creative ownership and influenceSupportive, collaborative team environmentFlexible working arrangementsCareer growth opportunities with a fast growing brandHow to ApplyYou can apply directly via LinkedIn.Alternatively, if you prefer, you may email your application to people@fableengland.com with the following:Your CVA portfolio or examples of relevant content / social workLinks to social accounts or campaigns you’ve managedPlease include “Content & Brand Manager – Fable England” in the subject line if applying by email.
