"Location: 186 Chiswick High Rd, London W4 1PP
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/5 days a week - including weekends and bank holidays)
Our peak season falls in November and December, with Saturdays and Sundays being our most active days. Working during these periods is an important part of supporting our customers and the wider team. As part of this, it is a requirement that you will work on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales and performance goalsLead by example, delivering exceptional service and product knowledge to every customerSupervise, train, and motivate the store team, conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedbackOversee inventory management, including daily and weekly stock checks to maintain optimal stock levelsMaintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentationAssist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and enhance customer engagementFoster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment that promotes communication and teamworkEnsure the store is consistently clean, tidy, and well-organisedHandle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and careTake ownership of delegated tasks and act as the Store Manager's deputy when required
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years' retail experience, with management or supervisory responsibility - a mustA genuine passion for cooking and a strong knowledge of kitchen products and trendsExperience in ordering, receiving, and managing stock, with attention to detail and accuracyProven experience in visual merchandising and maintaining high store standardsExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and varying shifts as requiredProven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
