Role Description:WOLFpak is looking for a multidisciplinary Graphic & Apparel Designer to bring our brand to life across a variety of touchpoints, with a significant focus on our growing apparel line. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design—you'll be instrumental in developing apparel concepts, textile graphics, marketing campaigns, product design, packaging, social media content, and evolving our overall brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to shape our brand visually and strategically, ensuring cohesion across both hard goods and soft goods.We are excited to offer this position if you’re interested! To start, we’d like to bring you on as soon as possible on a three-month 1099 contract at a rate of $257.90 per day. After the three-month period, we’ll reevaluate and discuss the possibility of transitioning you into a full-time role at WOLFpak. We prefer this approach because it allows both you and our team to assess the fit—creatively, culturally, and collaboratively. This role is vital to our company, and while interviews offer a glimpse, we believe this method gives us both the best chance to ensure long-term success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Apparel & Textile Design: Develop original apparel graphics, print designs, and oversee technical design specifications for various garment styles, ensuring brand consistency and market appeal.Creative Development: Design marketing collateral, product packaging, social media assets, email graphics, and web content.Brand Expression: Help maintain and evolve the WOLFpak visual identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel from backpacks to apparel.Product & Packaging Design: Collaborate on the visual development of new backpacks, patches, colorways, and their corresponding packaging.Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual content for campaigns, launches, and promotions across all product categories.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development (for both hard goods and apparel), marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive creative assets from concept to production.Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of design, fashion, textile, and consumer trends to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table for both graphic and apparel initiatives.Feedback & Iteration: Implement feedback quickly and iterate to refine designs that resonate with our audience and meet production requirements.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus).Demonstrated experience in apparel design, textile graphic creation, and garment construction knowledge.Strong understanding of materials, printing techniques, and manufacturing processes specific to apparel.Strong portfolio that shows a variety of design work across digital, physical, and apparel mediums.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Passion for design, innovation, and storytelling within the athletic, lifestyle, and apparel industries.
