The RoleAs Retail Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate your sales team, and ensure every client experiences the warm, knowledgeable, and stylish service that defines Market Square Jewelers. You’ll balance operational excellence with a refined sense of presentation and customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goalsManage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, merchandising, inventory, and visual presentationBuild lasting relationships with customers, sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for fine and antique jewelryEnsure store appearance and displays reflect the Market Square Jewelers brand and aestheticCollaborate with company leadership to execute marketing and community engagement initiativesMonitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Qualifications2+ years of retail management experience (jewelry industry experience strongly preferred)Operationally minded, with excellent organizational and leadership skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills — charismatic, polished, and customer-focusedPassion for jewelry, design, and personal styleHardworking, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
