What You’ll Do
Manage and grow Desktronic’s affiliate program across multiple markets with a strong hands-on approach.Identify, onboard, and actively work with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and content partners in the home-office and productivity space.Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with partners to drive long-term collaboration and performance.Monitor affiliate performance, track key KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights.Test new partners, placements, and commission structures to improve efficiency and ROI.Handle affiliate program operations: tracking accuracy, reporting, and timely partner payouts.Collaborate closely with paid media, content, and CRM teams to align messaging and promotional activities.Prepare regular performance updates and insights to support marketing decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills2–4+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce or DTC.Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs or working directly with affiliate partners.Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data and reports.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and execute in a fast-paced environment.Clear, structured approach to campaign management and optimization.Nice to HaveExperience working with affiliate networks or platforms (e.g. Impact, AWIN, Partnerize).Background in home-office, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries.Experience collaborating with influencers or content-driven partners.Understanding of how affiliate marketing fits into a broader performance marketing ecosystem.
