Born from a love of meat and a passion for quality, The Jerky Co was founded by three best mates who wanted to bring authentic air-dried meats to Australia. With South African roots and Western Australian pride, we’ve grown from humble beginnings into one of the country’s leading producers of premium jerky and biltong. At The Jerky Co, we use only MSA-grade beef - Australia’s highest standard for tenderness, juiciness, and flavour. Every batch is marinated for over 24 hours and air-dried to perfection, creating a snack that’s high in protein, low in sugar, and big on taste. Today, we’re a family of over 100 team members, producing and supplying across Australia through our retail stores, online store, and national wholesale partners.
